How Long Can I Store the Berries?Once the berries are opened, they must be used within three months. When they are still sealed, they can last up to a year.

What allergens should you be aware of?Berry Lady Wynberg process a wide variety of products in the store. We take all precautions to clean utensils, boards and reduce allergens spread. We process a variety of tree nuts, peanuts, berries including strawberries, guava. Many of our dried fruit are dried with sulphur, our dried banana chips is dried in honey, and our honey contains honey. Should you have further queries please contact orders@theberrylady.co.za

What weights do you sell your frozen berries in?Our frozen berries come in 1kg and 500g bags, whereas our fruit pulps come in a 1L bottle.

Are the Berries Organic?We aim to deliver the best berries from our farmers direct to your door, we are not able to certify our berries as organic. Our farmers take all precautions to abide by global trade regulations.

Do Your Frozen Fruit or Pulp Contain Any Added Sugar or Water?No, they do not.

Do Your Cherries Have Pips?No, our sweet cherries do not have pips in them.

Are Your Products Gluten-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free and Dairy-Free?"Our processing facility ensures that all of our products are gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, as well as dairy-free. However, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes gluten, dairy and tree nuts.
