I don't know about you but I am always looking for places to go to in the winter. It is so easy to always stay home or just go to the mall.
Well, here are a few ideas for this winter to break that cycle:
-Bo-Kaap cooking class (highly recommend it)
-You can visit the South African Astronomical Observatory, sign up for a two-day stargazing tour or grab your camera and capture the night’s sky by yourself.
-Choose a different lunch spot and work a day in while making your way to Signal Hill for breathtaking views of the bay.
-Visit the Spice Route in Paarl which is also closely located to Fairview with the most delicious cheese options.
Which fruits are in season/coming into season:
-Blueberries -Pears -Avocado -Pineapple
-Melons -Limes -Naartjies -Oranges
-Pawpaw -Guavas -Litchis -Apricots
Finally, I am SO EXCITED to announce that we will be hosting our very first
Blueberry Farm visit. I am so excited as I have been wanting to do this for a long time. We still have a few more details to iron out so once everything is sorted out, I will let everyone know!
In the meantime, stay safe and stay warm.
